How to order or make inquiry?

1) Email to nz_mg2@yahoo.com.my and provide the product name / number or short description of the item. For quicker response, sms me at 012-4670611. Or just fill in this form.

2) A reply will be given in 1-2 days time on the availability of stock and the total amount (including postage) to bank into Maybank account.

3) Once payment is made, please email to nz_mg2@yahoo.com.my so that verification can be done.

4) Upon confirmation of payment, item will be sent in 1-3 days time.

5) In any case of not getting any response on payment or delivery details (even if the payment has been made) after several attempts, chic n glam will reserve the rights to release and re-sell the item.

6) Please note that all items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable.

Term & Conditions

1. Please ONLY SERIOUS BUYERS!

2. Back outs are not permitted once payment has made.

3. Sales are based on first come first served basis.

4. Upon confirmation, the item will be reserve for 2 days pending payment. You must make payment in 2 days. Should you fail, the item would be open to the next interested buyer.

5. Please FILL IN THE ORDER FORM when you have decided to place your orders.

6. Payment must be made to my Maybank account.

7. Goods will be mailed every Thursday

8. All sales are final. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

9. Goods sold are all new and in good condition.

10. I will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.

11. Prices are FINAL and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
